My first "swirlies". My soap was actually fairly thick, but I managed to get it together in time. I'm quite chuffed with the results. :D

File comment: They were made in several biscuit (cookie) packet inners. I used too much coconut oil, plus beeswax - they broke when I tried to cut them, but they soap up OK, and look good. What's a bit of wonky shape here or there?

Yes, Soapbuddy, they are CP. When I soapcalced the recipe, I forgot to enter superfatting, :oops: so I got a lot of ash, as well as the quick, thick trace and hardness. Oh well, we learn by our mistakes, don't we. And I must admit, I do have fun trying!!

By the way, can anyone give me a clue as to why my pics always show that "attachment" banner? No-one else's pics do, :mrgreen: and it REALLY annoys me. Thanks

Sounds like a fabulous FO, just right up my street. I just love the gold brushing, it really brings it to life.

I know a mouldmaker myself so may look further into getting moulds made with my company name on them. Thanks Soapbuddy!
