In my area, I found the best resource is either the post office bulletin board or stores. Maybe the chamber of commerce or the health food store can help too?

I ended up picking one because its supposed to be HUGE and was recommended to me by another crafter and was reasonably priced. I recently inherited a cottage where I grew up (3 hours from where I live now) and I thought I might do a fair I remembered fondly from my childhood so I emailed them to find out about it -- $595 for one day. Um, yeah, I'm not that big. Yet. ;) In any event, I also picked another one because its very local, only a half day and very reasonably priced at $35. I figure for $35, its worth it to get the kinks out before my bigger show in August. Plus if that local show goes well, they run those half day shows every Saturday right through October ... so I'm going to give it a shot on July 5th and see what happens. My "big show" is on August 3rd.
