Hi guys I'd like to use camphor oil at some stange in my soap for a anti-itch/ soothing effect, although I have read that camphor oil can be toxic in large quantities. So if I made a batch with 1kg of oils how much caphor oil would be safe to pt in???
Thanks :)

I would not use more than 0.2 ozs. I believe that's about 5.6 grams. Even that might be too much. As soap is a wash off product, you might have better luck with a soothing lotion.

Thanks soap buddy, I'll keep the lotion in mind. I havent learnt how to make different body broducts yet. I wnat to get the soaping processes down frirst.
I would eventually like to make all body products for myself, some of them look so simple. Yet we spend hundreds of dollars (me being in Australia) a year on all differend body products. Least if I make everything myself I know exactly what I'm putting on my body.

You're welcome. Yes, it is an expensive hobby. :)
