I made this today. I used infused yellow dock, which I have seen makes a pretty pink. Well, I got peach. Here's proof. Oh well...

They do look very creamy. Does yellow dock contribute anything else besides a color?

Thank you. I haven't tested them yet. They are still a little soft. The yellow dock contributed only color. Everyone else got pink and I got peach. Go figure.
