I received some gingerbread from BB in my order and it smells great! I was wondering if I could mix a little bergamot and pink grapefruit into it. Do you think it might smell good or completely disgusting?

I am not sure about that mix... but sometimes things smell great together and really surprise you! You can try the cotton ball tester.... just put a drop of each, or 1 drop this and 2 drops that... whatever ratios you want onto the cotton ball. Then you can sample the scent without wasting a lot of your fo's!

I could imagine orange or lemon - but I'm not sure about grapefruit. I second the idea for a cotton ball test, and let us know whether you like it!

I will try the cotton ball test and see what happens. Thanks for your input, everyone! Of course, I just can't mix something normal. haha!
