Can anyone tell me what's up with the price of patchouli? I did a craft-street fair yesterday and guess what alot of people wanted ? Right patchouli. I sold out of what of that I had early. Wish Id had more to take.

I guess it's like everything else.... the price is just going sky high..... It's such a bummer that Patch costs soooo much now, but maybe the price stuff will just be short lived.... keep your fingers crossed.... I read somewhere that another fellow soaper could not afford the price of the real mccoy, so she opted to purchase the Patchouli FO and from what her post said she was pleased, as were her customers.....

Patchouli oil had a bad harvest year, so now it's more expensive. Hopefully the price will go down a bit in the fall, when the next harvest will appear on the market as essential oil.
