While placing a recent order with Bramble Berry, I saw the link to this forum. Way too cool!!

Hello, I'm Leslie, 50 years young and loving the world of soapcrafting.

A resident of Washington state (on the eastside of the Cascades), I am a homeschooling Mom to our terrific 10 year son (he is also in charge of scent strength in our bath products!) and wife to a wonderful husband. I also care for my soon-to-be 89 year old Mom and help manage the care of my 82 year old Dad-in-law.

In between all this, I have a small cottage business crafting soap (melt-&-pour, you CP folks have me in awe! :shock:

), bath fizzies and salts.

I am beginning to craft soaps to look like mineral specimens and, so far, they look pretty good. As soon as I figure out how to download (or, upload, or whatever load :wink:

) some pictures, I'll do so!

Glad I found this forum and I look forward to learning a lot from others.

As a mom of 4 daughters ( and 1 son ) who grew up when Mermaid was first out, I still hear my girls singing "aaahhhh aaahhh aaahhh"---- drove us crazy..........I miss alot now but not that one.......

Welcome, and just have to add how jealous I am of all you west coasters----- shipping from Brambleberry is such a pain for me in Ohio.......it's worth it though!

oh my yes about the mermaid... i heard it through my friends that are perverts ( there are many of those when your in your 20's ...) so yes i will look that up and get back to you... LOL
