I have to echo everyone else's sentiments. Each time I order, each time I come in contact with ANYONE from Brambleberry, I come away happier. Why? Because the "common courtesy" that isn't always so common for the consumer is readily apparent. I feel like everyone genuinely wants to help, wants me to be happy as a customer, wants to get it right, etc etc. Likes their job, you know? One time when there was a discrepancy on my order, I did not hesitate to call, because I just knew things would get taken care of. No sense of dread, like "OMG, I have to call (@#$#$ Brambleberry!" Just more like, "Oops...there's a mistake, I'll just call and it will get taken care of..."

Keep it up, guys.

I love ordering from BB. I've learned so much through exchanges on this forum, and everything I've ordered from BB has been great. My pipe dream is to wake up one day to the news of Brambleberry East. Meanwhile, I'm assured of great service from the West Coast. Who knows, maybe one day I'll get to visit in person. I'd love to spend the day sniffing all of those yummy fragrances.

Oh oh oh...do one near Toledo OH and I'd gladly commute to work there! LOL And you wouldn't even have to pay me...because I'd be in the back stocking and putting things on holding shelves going "And I want this...and this...and ooh, I have to have that..." hahahaha

Like the time I worked at a gemstone place, my family made fun of me and were convinced I was getting paid in rocks, because as soon as I got my check I bought everything that I had put on hold that week hehehehe Oh, and Anne Marie, as soon as I get my butt in gear and finish making all my goodies, I'll be sending you guys a gift basket for your awesome support, help, and amazing products! I love being able to show my suppliers what their products ultimately became:)
