Yes Millersoap.com is a great place to start.
Also use the search feature on this and other soaping forums to look up terms you don't understand and read about other peoples' experiences. Watching Youtube videos helped me feel more comfortable with the process than just reading about it... (as in "heck... I can do THAT"...) but be warned that the ability to operate a video camera doesn't necessarily make someone an authority on soaping. I've seen some fairly ridiculous and irresponsible stuff on youtube as well.
When you feel more comfortable and tired of reading - gather your tools, find a basic recipe and make a small test batch. The fancy stuff will come in time. After you unmold your first batch... prepare to be addicted.
Ask lots of questions... there are lots of nice people here to help.
