emu oil has many, many wonderful uses for the body.

you can read about emu here:

i've bought from and studied with these people in the past. i like their products. everything they have is medicinal grade.

I initially got mine from a local emu rancher, they sold me blocks of fat and I rendered it myself. Ick. Too much hassle. But I always had some on hand for sunburn and outbreaks of exzema and dry skin.

This is gross, but once when I was cutting the fat to render, I cut my finger quite deeply. The cut got covered with raw fat and though it bled, didn't hurt at all. I washed it...pain! I rubbed fat on it...no pain. The cut healed in record time and didn't leave a scar! And I scar easily.

i believe it. i've even read somewhere that eating emu meat is great for the heart.

ok i do appologize for this being off topic now. :oops:

but back on topic, it's great in soaps and lotions for the skin!
