I'm so tickled (bubblegum) pink. I received a very lovely blog write up by SoapyLove. I just had to share because of her spirit as a teacher and all that I have learned here on this forum. In fact I'll be taking her next class this Saturday - I'm so totally excited. And I've barely even scratched the surface of all the things she taught in her last class. And have not even made it to her e-zines yet. So much to do in a very exciting way.

Oh I saw that a couple of days ago Alice! So exciting, congrats!

So the woman that ordered my giraffes loved them. I made her extra color coordinating geometric soaps just in case... Turns out the eyes bled into the pink. I was horrified, but she loved then anyway. It probably helps that the giraffes could hide out amongst matching soaps. Camouflage. It doesn't help though that I keep calling them hippos.

Here's the Orca soaps that I make. I live on an island that has Orcas in the surrounding waters, so we see them frequently and many tourists come to watch them. There is a local store in town here that carries them. (Mold etc. from BB)
