I just received the BB Father's Day shaving kit but it was missing the mini droppers and instructions. I think the droppers were just to help with the fragrance so that's no big deal. The instructions are another story. I have never used foaming bath butter and don't want to mess it up. It comes with a half pound of FBB and 4 small jars. It says on BB that you don't need to melt it so what do you do? I can't find FBB on BB anymore to get instructions so if anyone could help,I would appreciate it. This is part of a gift from my kids to their grandpa. Thanks!

Have you emailed to let the gals in the office know? They can email you directions now and mail you the ones that you should have got as well.

The FBB needs to be whipped... works best in an electric mixer. You can add a little bit of carrier oil to it as well.

I emailed them as soon as I opened it but haven't received a reply yet. That's why I asked here. I have always gotten excellent customer service at BB so I'm not upset over it. I'm sure everyone there is just very busy but I was hoping to include this in our gift for Father's Day. No big deal-I can always use an excuse to run to Target!

Ok, now I'm getting nervous. It's 10:30 p.m. here and still no BB reply. Can anybody give me specific directions for a half pound of this stuff? I hate to ruin it and waste $15 because I don't have directions. Anyone, Anyone......

Did you ever get a response? You emailed on Friday? I want to make sure that I track down what happened to your email. =) It's unusual for us to not do same-day responses to order mistakes.

I am so, so, so very glad that our oversight did not ruin Father's Day. That would have been a disaster!

We only have Foaming Bath Butter in the kits. We were not able to work out an agreement to continue to carry the product in bulk. However, you can buy Foaming Bath Butter from Kangaroo Blue here: http://kangarooblue.com/index.php?main_ ... cts_id=198 to make the product again without having to re-buy the kit =)
