Okay, I'm gonna get on a soap box here! You know what I really like about Brambleberry supplies. They actually give you free samples with every order. The samples aren't like what you would get from other companies, I mean you actually get something to work with, not just a sniff! I love them for that reason. Other companies give you a little sample give away in little tiny viles that you would get at the major department stores at the perfume counter. What the hell are you supposed to do with that??? I guess I could put it in lotion, might be enough there for 1 or 2 6 ounce bottles? However, not enough there to actually try out in a batch of soap to see how it reacts. Thank you Brambleberry for your samples! Now, my question is: I have a sample of red lychee tea & for the life of me I can't find the insert that Ann Marie sent me with recommendations for a blend. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks.

oh good to know that some companies send "sample size" samples.

I haven't ordered from Brambleberry but the 2 or 3 companies I have ordered from sent me full 1 oz bottles of FO.

I've checked around on other sites, so far I haven't found any that can beat brambleberry prices and I get speedy service from them also.

Actually, they don't always give a free sample. I've ordered from them twice. First order was just over $81 and I got a free sample of Tangerine EO. My second order was just over $87 and didn't get a free sample at all. Not that I'm complaining. I just wouldn't want someone to order thinking they would definitely get a sample and then be disappointed because it didn't happen.

Good point Zeo. I haven't paid that much attention to how much my orders have been.

All of the orders from BB should get a sample in them. No matter the total of the order or where it is shipping. Period.
However, the samples are put in by our packers and being human they sometimes forget. If you do not get a sample you can always contact us and let us know and we will let you know how to get an extra one in your next order. =)

Ya know...for me it's not so much the "free" aspect of it that I love as much as it is having someone pick out something for me that I never would've considered. Some of my best clothing outfits came about that way. Fortunately, on my second order, I kept this in mind and randomly picked out a couple of 1 oz FO's that sounded like something other people would like but not MY kind of thing. And I'm so glad I did because one of those was the Bergamot Chamomile FO. Wowza! I never in a million years would've guessed that I'd love that one. Who knew!?!

But it'll be even more exciting to see what BB picks out for me next.

I agree, some of the samples that I have gotten, I would have never thought of getting and turned around and bought the larger quantity. That has really helped me in ordering larger quantities! Chamomile/Bergamot is really great and I didn't think I would have liked that one also.

I put my free sample request in the "Comments" section when I'm ordering. I have been placing orders with BB for over 3 years and I always get a free sample.

I do use other suppliers for various things, but the big difference with Bramble Berry is that they CARE. I've called and emailed with different questions and they have always provided prompt, courteous answers.

I like the random samples, because I always get something I wouldn't have tried. Tomato Leaf - I LOVE that one. I never would have guessed.

Yes, to the best of my recollection, I've gotten the samples I've requested. Most of the time, they turn out to be some of my favorites that I order regularly now (Champagne is one of them). Have you tried it??? It's FAB and talk about a fragrance with staying power!
