Ok Debbie,
I just had to see if I could do something similar. I hand sculpted a couple of pieces of clay and made soap in them. I can't take the clay off yet; hopefully I will be able to later on tonight.

I experimented with a few materials before I found a great one. I tried Play-doh and Fimo, but neither worked out. I hope you have better luck!

Hi all.. I'm a complete newbie in all this soap making stuff (only started this weekend to be honest) and just wanted to post some pics of my second attempt. I made opaque soap with orange zest, raspberry FO and toasted coconut. Once made, I cut them up and embedded them into larger moulds with Dark Chocolate FO scented glycerin soap with added coconut and jojoba oil (as I've dry skin, everything needs oil!). It didn't work out quite the way I wanted but it's not too bad - works well too. The orangy/pink one is made from the leftover chunks of raspberry and orange with embedded toasted coconut.
