I am sorry you had so much trouble. I have found that some places are just not worth ordering from because they have terrible customer service. We have come across that in our Tattoo business and it sucks because that particular supplier carried everything I need for piercing at really good prices but the last email I got from them, they were rude and called out a few names and so I am done with them. I think businesses should take cs alot more seriously. Especially during these hard economic times. Don't they realize they count on customers to bring in their money? If they treat all of their customers like that, no one will order from them anymore. Oh well. Just move on and know not to order from them again.

I think that you have a right to be upset! The way that you were treated on the phone sounds unprofessional and is uncalled for! And it sounds like the owner isn't very open-minded and can't accept the possibility that there may be an issue with one of her products.

I had a similar experience with another company. I simply called to inquire about the way one of their base soaps was labeled. The owner was VERY rude to me on the phone and went so far as to tell me that the way I label my soaps is WRONG (even though I know that is isn't - the way he labels some of HIS base soap was WRONG). Anyway, after that I felt so humilitated that I will never do business with that company again. I searched on the Internet and found the product(s) I needed elsewhere.

yeah..its a shame that I have to find what I want elsewhere b/c of their unprofessional attitude. I'm not the type of person who wont accept blame when I do something wrong. If I messed up somehow on both recipes Im more than willing to accept that and try to do better next time. But If I were running a business I would never treat the customer that way. The owner's big ego is ridiculous.

thanks again everyone for all of the support and information. I've actually been using that website soapbuddy listed to try to help find replacements for everything that I had previously bought through this vendor. Next is right cubbles..lol
