Teach Soap

So I have been asked to wholesale some soaps to an online party/wedding favor shop. It's exciting, BUT finessing the details is tough. I would hate to pass on this opportunity but I usually ship just one or two soaps at a time. I'm not sure how to ship 50 without any damage. I decided to use low sweat CP like SFIC base, so they don't have t be tightly wrapped, but it seems soft. When I make a detailed rose soap the petals get slightly damaged, even in a bubble mailer. Is there a 'harder' base? Any other tips? Anyone whole sale? I would really appreciate the advice!! Here is a pic of the soap. Thanks!!

Regarding packaging, do you need to send them individually boxed? Or are you going to wrap them with clear celophane somehow?

I'm thinking that there might be some kind of foam box insert used to ship small bottles that each flower soap could fit into. Or maybe just a couple of sheets of "egg crate" foam.

This is definitely tricky!

Maybe try extra hard soap base? SFIC carries it too. I get it from Wisteria Lane.com. It is very hard.

I think I will pre-package all of them individually so they are ready to go as favors. I have been debating on this though, since it will require me to invest in many more supplies! I have been seraching the web for the best sized boxes all morning!

Any recommended suppliers that carry it?
