I see cosmetic grade oils are a little cheaper than the regular versions. I assume with the name "cosmedic" that they are fine to use in lotions. Am I right on this? Also any difference in shelf life with these?

Cosmetic grade oils are fine to use in lotions. They have the same shelf life as soap grade oils.
