Teach Soap

Hello,

I have fond memories of Love's Baby Soft cologne and other products. Does anyone know of a fragrance oil that comes close to duplicating it?

You know, I just received from Bramble Berry the FO 'Sleeping Angels'. Out of the bottle, it is similar to 'Love's Baby Soft', but I've not used it making soap yet. It seems to be a very nice, delicate fragrance, and very clean smelling. I'm planning on using it for the 1st time in the next few days, so, I'll let you know how it comes out in the end product

I have the Sleeping Angels fragrance oil and it just doesn't seem to match with the memory receptors in my brain. But, then again, we won't talk about how many decades it's been since I've used Love's Baby Soft on a regular basis.

I've been perusing online and it looks like some form of it is still available as a body spray or a cologne. I'm looking for something to scent melt and pour soap though. Has anyone tried using a body spray or cologne in melt and pour? I assume I'd have to add quite a bit to get the fragrance to stick.

You're right, swordchick.....the end product doesn't smell like Love's Baby Soft, but the soap did turn out beautifully, nonetheless! Good luck in finding your scent.......I have found the cologne at CVS.

Nature's Garden ( http://www.naturesgardencandles.com/) has a fragrance called "Children's Room". The fragrance got good reviews (except for one!) and one reviewer said that it was similar to Love's Baby Soft.

I have not personally tried any of Nature's Garden fragrances but I have ordered other things from them and their service is very good.
