Greetings!
I make three basic soaps peppermint, lemon, and lavender and I am searching on how to add natural based colors to my soap. No cosmetic or chemical FDA colors! I find a plethora of websites on the subject but am reaching out to the group in order to find:
1. A good source of basic natural colors and
2. An overall guide on when/how to add the colors
Nothing fancy just a nice green for the peppermint. yellow for the lemon (possibly turmeric?) and a light purple for the lavender

Thank you for any suggestions/ideas/tips/resources regrading my endeavor!

I only color with plants and clays. My favs are coffee, paprika, annatto powder, spirulina, madder root, cambrian blue clay, all clays really. The list is long as to what you can do. I also use bamboo charcoal for my facial bar.
