I blast clay with my stick blender to break it all up in cold process soap. To make it blend in smoothly. I wonder how you add it to melt and pour? I've never had any luck adding in anything but liquid ingredients. Suspension kind for a bit or herbs or oats.

We have found that dispersing it in isopropyl alcohol really helps with any clumps.
