I made orange soap but a white film was on it after it dried ,what did I do wrong

It's probably just soda ash. To know for sure, wet your finger a bit, rub the white surface, and touch it to your tongue. There should be no "zap" and it will be salty to the taste, much like baking soda. You can wipe it off with a damp cloth, or steam it off if you have a fancy texture you don't want to touch. Or (assuming it's soda ash) you can just leave it there because it's harmless.
