Wishing to start a low cost laundry soap mfg & marketing business in kerala-India, with palm oil and coconut oil combination. If the experienced soap blenders share their good recipes will helpful for making a test production. What is the good proportion of Oil and Caustic Soda Solution in 1 Ltr oil ??? How much kg of Caustic Soda to be mixed in to the water for getting a good Caustic Soda Solution ???? What is the minimum outcome of soap in kg by using 1 ltr of oil ????

There are many many videos and free recipes you can google or look up on youtube. Thats where i started. Not many soapers, especially those that make their living off of their products, aren't very willing to just give away their recipes that some have possibly worked years to perfect. But there are several simple starter recipes that you can start with. Soap101 is a great place to start as she has a video on youtube on how to make laundry soap. Soapqueen tv also has great soap videos!
