Ok so I bought these really nice soaps from a wahm. (which is what got me started on making my own) They are cut. They are not perfectly uniform and I like that look. I was wondering what I need to do that same thing. What do I put it in to cut it like that? Thanks.

I am sorry I am confusing LOL. I just wanted to make soaps that look hand cut. Not like perfect bars of soap. LOL. Sometimes I can see something in my head but getting it into words is a nightmare. I am going to look at brambleberry and see what they have. I have heard their name before. Is that where a lot of people shop? Thanks.

At the risk of sounding like a complete idiot ... because I buy almost exclusively from BB ... do they have a loaf mold for M&P??? I've been waiting for one, but I thought it wasn't ready yet. I did just do a quick peek at the molds to see if I somehow missed it but don't see it.

I've been testing this melt and pour loaf pan for months now, trying to get the perfect side wall strength. Too soft and the soap comes out easily but it bow; too hard and the soap doesn't bow but it doesn't come out easily. Ack!

I have extra molds left that we won't sell because they're too soft. They're about 85% there - just a little bowing that you can't even see if the soap is cut - but not 100% perfect. If you'd like to buy my extra, not-used, loaf molds, they're $15 each. Just PM me and I'll toss 'em into your next order or send them all by themselves to you.

I have a really nice Silicone bread mold I picked up at Grocery store...love it! heats to 500 degrees for bread but ideal for soap...pulls away like butter! no stress on soap!
