Teach Soap

I'm trying to get my hands on some stainless steel equipment for making soap, as I've been told lye can etch glass. I've also read that I can't use aluminum as it reacts with lye, but stainless steel is okay.
I've found a bowl, I'm having trouble finding a decent pouring jug locally, but my question today is about wire racks, the kind used for cooling baked goods. I saw some in the supermarket today, which had a non-stick coating on them. I'd like to get some for better air flow while curing the soap, but the non-stick coating made me hesitate. Does anyone know if that would react badly with the lye in the curing soap?
Additionally, I think I read that with wire racks you don't need to worry about turning the soap as much because it's already getting sufficient airflow, can anyone confirm? Thank you.

Non stick coating can react with soap too. Put plastic over it, shelf paper, or use stainless steel baking racks.

Thank you! I figure putting plastic or paper over it would defeat the purpose of easier air flow, so I'll keep searching for stainless steel.

I bought these stainless steel racks from Amazon. They are great. They stack nicely and the legs fold if you want to put them away or set them in the dishwasher.

Found a bunch on Craigslist then added some.
Container Store makes something similar - but for a much higher price.

I put a layer of paper towel down under the soap. Still gets air flow and prevents any wire marks in the soaps... which is probably only an issue for me because all of my soaps are round.

You can find stainless steel pitchers at a restaurant supply store. I've had excellent service from webstaurant.com.
