Today I made Tres Leches Soap using Goat Milk, Almond Milk and Oat Milk, but instead of combining all three frozen milks together with lye I wanted to see all 3 distinct milks and their natural colors in the soap (Almond Milk layer on bottom, Goat Milk layer in the center and Oat Milk layer on top). I have a wooden mold that holds 33 ounces of oils, so I made three separate 11 ounce batches with each milk. I used Bramble Berry's Lye Calculator and Fragrance Calc. to figure out what I needed for each 11 ounce batch. All went well, but it was a VERY slow and time consuming process because I had to keep temps low in all 3 batches and go through the entire process for all 3 all at the same time. Could there have been an easier way to have done this without having 3 separate batches? I looked for videos of anyone else who may have wanted 3 separate milk layers, but couldn't find any. I think I know why now. It's too time consuming. I can't wait until tomorrow though to see how the soap came out.

Welcome!
I don't know of any shortcut to your method. Good luck on your batch.

This batch turned out fine. I think I'm going to wait another day or two before cutting. It's a little soft.

I've fantasized about making a soap like that... But, too labor-intensive for me. :lol:

You are a VERY industrious lady!

<applause!>

I'd love to see a picture when you cut it. Sounds like it's going to be nice!
