So, I am fairly new to cp soap. I was wondering if anyone has:
1) worked with hops infused oil?
2) have a good combination of eo to use to use for " beer" scents or where to obtain the best variety of beer scents.
3) used organic hops in the soap?
4) used spent grains in the soap ?

Thanks for your help

Haven't used hops or grains in soaps but I make a "shampoo" bar out of soap and liquid aloe that gets great reviews and has a cult-like following from my customers.

I use a full bodied beer and allow it to sit in the fridge open for a few days to reduce the carbonation. 1/2 beer, 1/2 liquid aloe for my liquid.

Scent with Almond from BB. Hope this helps

Have made wine scented also. BB's "berry wine" has a good following also.

I have worked with hop oil from a local brewery. Not much of the scent if any came through the soap. Brambleberry carries beer type fragrances.
I have not used spent hops. For essential oils, that really depends what you like. I have used Clary Sage and Patchouli.
