I made a goat milk soap that went well and was thinking of adding a little shea butter to the mix. Are there any problems with mixing these two ingredients at all? Any problems with quantities, etc.?

Thanks!

That should be fine! Seeing the entire recipe would help but adding shea to a GM soap in general is fine! It is usually used around 15% or less. There is more info on that and other oils/butters here; http://www.soapqueen.com/bath-and-body- ... king-oils/

Make sure to recalculate the lye amounts when you change the recipe! =)
