Hi Folks -

I am trying to find out out if there are any sources for sustainable palm oil products, who protect the flora and fauna of the harvested area?

I personally don't use palm, but I know many companies, like BB & WSP state their palm oil is from sustainable resources. HTH.

I don't use palm either. I believe Soaper's Choice carries sustainable palm oil.

Most the big companies for SOAP supplies do say sustainable. Its when you get it from kitchen or or suppliers, that it becomes touchy.

I always find it interesting that people are interested in sustainable palm oil, but never seem to give a thought to where the other oils come from.

Most of the other oils used, do not destroy habitats. Olives, coconut... Palm has been a major source of issues.

I have researched some of the more fancy oils i use and always want to be sure I buy from a safe/honest source.
