I used Coconut Cream for the fist time 24hrs ago in a 4lb CP batch. I used a total of 4oz. I cut the soap this afternoon, there was a sour slightly sweet scent coming from the cut soap. I've never used a milk or cream in my CP soaps before, is it supposed to smell this way, will it dissipate? I'm trying to give my CP soaps a creamier aesthetic without using titanium dioxide. Creaminess was achieved, however, the resulting scent was not part of the desired output.

Milk can give you that off smell. Give it some time. It should go away as the soap cures.
