Teach Soap

First off thank you very much for the replies to my first post regarding my soap recipe
Here are the ingedeinst:
First off here is the basics of my soap making recipe:
Materials:
Coconut oil 24oz
Olive oil 24oz
Canola oil 18oz
Palm oil 16oz
Lye 12oz
Goats milk (28oz for each batch)
Fragrance min 2oz no more than 3oz
I have been advised to nix the canola oil
Now here are my questions
1. When I subtract the canola oil should I reduce/increase the other ingredients?
2. I want to add butter (cocoa, shea, mango) for a harder bar how much should I add?
3. If I add beef tallow how much should I add?
4. If I add the butter is the tallow even necessary?
5. And is the butter and tallow added with the rest of the oils together?

If you use the lye calculator linked above ("soapcalc") you will see that it will calculate how a particular recipe will produce soap with various qualitites. Take hardness, for example. As you play with a recipe, changing the proportion of types of oils, you'll see changes in different qualities..hardness, cleansing, conditioning, lather....etc.
