Hi Folks -

I am looking for sources of palm products (palm oil & palm kernel oil) which are responsibly harvested. In other words, I am looking for suppliers which have a sustainability plan + have a plan for the ethical treatment of animals. I am not into deforestation without sustainability and I am certainly not into animal mistreatment.

Mountain Rose Herbs carries Palm Kernel Oil and Palm Fruit Oil, and they're a pretty sustainably-sourced conscious company. I'm not sure if Palm Fruit Oil is the same thing as Palm Oil or not - Mountain Rose Herbs' looks different than most palm oils I have seen.

Also, look at Bramble Berry's Palm Oil. It says on the page that their supplier is a member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil.
