Teach Soap

Hey everyone! I hope everyone's having a blast making all of their Christmas stuff, I know I am!! I do have a question about BB's awesome foaming bath whip...I definitely made a mistake when I added 2 oz shea butter, and 2 ml of cyclomethicone and argan oil to it, along with my fo's and eo's...it didn't whip up the way it normally does at all (although it WAS a treat in my shower lol). I want to make a thick, creamy, moisturizing foaming bath butter, and I thought maybe I could do it with this base? Has anyone else tried this using this particular product? I think I may have to start experimenting with the ingredients in the whip "from the ground up", so to speak, or just use as is...I would just love to add some butter! I guess, in short, I'm asking if this is possible lol

I read somewhere that you can add up to 1 oz. total of any oils or butters. If I find the link again, I'll post it. I don't use this product as I prefer to make my own.

Oh man...I'd LOVE to make my own! That's what I meant by a "from the ground up" recipe...I'll get there! Still nice to NOT have to buy body wash lol...but with bases I do feel like it's cheating, additives or no...:/

So Irena..how long did it take you to master this kind of recipe? I'm outta my depth! LOL
