I saw where you can buff the frosting off the top sometimes in soy candles and tarts, but this left me with a dull finish on my candles and tarts, does anyone know if there is anything I can do to give them that shiny look again. thanks :?

Try a heat gun quickly over the top. I thought in your PM you were talking about soap.

I use a heat gun but have never had a glossy top more a matte finish but it's nice and smooth. I'm wondering if it's dependent on what type of wax you use.
