I just crumbles... scared to cut it. 36 hours in the mold, nice and firm, but the corners are all crumbling. What did I do wrong? used the same recipe as my previous 15 or so loaves, no issues at all. Used hazelnut toffee BB scent. 33 palm, 30 coconut, 30 olive and 7% castor used no colorants. plugged that in the soapcalc and have done the exact same thing over and over... but first crumble.

It looks to have, I have yet to cut it. was hoping to give it a few days first and magically, it wont be so... crumbly. Can that even fix itself?

If the corners did not gel, that could be why it's crumbly.

I always watch mine to make sure it goes all the way to the edges..I don't know if you can CPOP it or not at this point..maybe Irena can advise?

it turns to a powder when I try to cut it. Anything I can do with it at this point?

Did you zap test it? The only batch I ever had that was lye heavy crumbled like you said yours did
