I did everything like I always do . Look at the discolorations. I used plumeria and lavender fragrance oils. Pink lab color and purple oxide dispersed in water. Recipe contains coconut palm olive canola safflower and grapeseed oils. Also added kaolin clay, TD, and sodium lactate. And lye and water of course. Mixed at 125 F.

Anyone see this before? Last pic is closeup.

Looks like TD cracking/glycerin rivers. It's harmless.

Glycerin rivers are harmless. Next time, try not gelling the batch. That should help.

Well that's good to know. I really like gelling the soap so I can cut it quicker. It's weird it hasn't happened before. What causes the difference? I do everything the same same every time. The only difference is fragrance oils. Can different fragrances cause different things to occur?
