Glad it helped! I usually just use a vegetable peeler. My soaps are just for my household though. =)

That's all I'm doing, just for the house and learning the craft.
Not opposed to selling some, but not really engaged to set up
for major production, etc ...

I know the voices in my head aren't real, but they sure have some great ideas!

Always liked this design and decided to try it myself! I think it turned out OK! Pink clay and activated bamboo charcoal. Charcoal smudged a bit on the sides though.

Beautiful soaps Haven. I love the lemon one. I can almost smell it . If you don't mind what yellows did you use? I've never made an all yellow soap and I love it.

I used Brambleberry's Fizzy Lemonade and Super Pearly White Mica. I split the batch in 3 and used all white in one, all yellow in one and then a combo of the two in the 3rd. Then did an in the pot swirl. My soap batter was setting up quickly on me so it wasn't as I had planned but still turned out really pretty.

Thanks Haven. I have the fizzy lemonade and the pearly white mica so I'm good to go. Just need to decide on a fragrance.

I traded my brother a big box of soap (all my trials and learning stuff) for a TV antenna mast.
His stepdaughter works at an old country store out in the boonies, and, they put the soap in a
Pepsie crate , and, say it's selling pretty good ...........
