I have a facial cream and over night hand and foot cream that both calls for beeswax?
Someone said not to put beeswax in lotion.

Will the Candellia wax be o.k.? The Cera bellina wax cost a lot more. I'm already purchasing too much and may have to cut out some of the melt and pour and just try the re batch.

I've been using Burts Bees Almond Milk hand cream, which contains beeswax on my feet, to get rough places off so sunless tanning lotion goes on feet better and its really good, except over $8.00 for 2oz. at Walmart

I found this recipe on Swift Craft Monkey (thanks Irena!)
It says you can use it?

SOLID SCRUB BAR FOR THE BODY
HEATED OIL PHASE
50% cocoa butter
20% mango, shea or other butter
3% cetyl alcohol
4% Incroquat BTMS or Incroquat CR
2% wax of choice - beeswax, soy wax, etc. (For candellia wax, please use 1% as it is very hard.)
3% sodium lactate (optional, bar hardener)
11% oils

COOL DOWN PHASE
2% cyclomethicone (optional, replace with oils)
2% dimethicone (optional, replace with oils)
1% fragrance oil
1% Vitamin E (if you are using oils with less than 6 months' shelf life)
1% Phenonip, Optiphen, or Liquipar Oil (check the suggested usage rate)

Yes, you can use the above recipe for feet. If you are subbing the beeswax for candelilla wax, start at half the amount that would be used for the beeswax.
