Hey guys!! I'm a bit stumped here. I decided to buy some D&C colorants for my bath bombs, and something strange is happening. The bombs are turning out a very light shade...but when I put them in the water to test, The water is bright, and I mean BRIGHT pinky purple!!! This is with Red 33...it's also happened with red 4. Red 40 (I don't want to use that) colored the bombs AND the water. I just find this odd...any suggestions? Thanks!!

Can you use Mica's to colour bath bombs?
Can you also use normal perfume?
