Teach Soap

Found a recipe for this using
1/2 of an avocado mashed really good
1 tsp. almond oil
2 tbsp. liquid glycerin
1 tbsp. fruit pectin

Seems to be fine left out of fridge with the fruit pectin added.

Question:

Is there a way to make this smell better and look more appealing instead of a darker green? Anything I can add to it to lighten it up?

Also open up to anything better that you may have tried, but I heard that an avocado is very good for skin.

I'm only using this for myself. With the fruit pectin in it it's not went bad in the last few weeks. Just wanted to know if there was anyway to make it look and smell more appealing. I went to that site but I didn't see anything for anti wrinkle facial creams?

I don't see anything in that recipe that would make it anti wrinkle.

Maybe you could try deodorized avocado oil or butter instead of the fresh avocado? I know it's not the same, but it probably will give you similar benefits and at least you wouldn't have to deal with any unpleasant odor or color. I have read that avocado butter/oil are supposed to be very good for your skin.

You do not see bacteria growth with the eye, you need the microscope. This cream is asking for trouble. You do not want dangerous bacteria or mold on your skin...

That is probably the worst recipe I have ever seen!

O.K. where can I find a good homemade anti wrinkle face cream recipe?
