Teach Soap

I am trying to practice formulation of face wash, so I am trying to copy a current face wash I use and like. The ingredient list is as follows:

Water (Aqua)
Sodium Laureth Sulfate
Cocamidopropyl Betaine
Sea Salt (Maris sal)
Glycerin
Polysorbate 20
Citrus Nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Peel Oil
Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil
Phenoxyethanol
Cananga Odorata Flower Oil
Methylchloroisothiazolinone
Methylisothiazolinone
d-Limonene
Linalool
Benzyl Benzoate

I was hoping for some tips on amounts of these ingredients. I am going to use Germall Plus instead of the preservatives they used, and I am not sure if the last three ingredients are necessary? So I was going to drop those for an ingredient list like this:

Water (Aqua)
Sodium Laureth Sulfate

Sea Salt (Maris sal)
Glycerin

Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil

Germall Plus

I am working on this myself, but was wondering if you have any tips about these ingredients?

Sodium Laureth Sulfate is very harsh and can strip your skin of moisture.

I realize that and I hope to modify it. I am nervous to make any changes initially because I am still learning. So I was just going to remake a soap I have used and liked, before reinventing the wheel (because I dont really know what I am doing).
