When they used the calculation is is based on total.oil or total oil plus lye water my fragrances seem to be light even on max amount

I always go by fragrance weight (not teaspoons or tablespoons) and calculate according to the weight of the oils/butters, not water.

If a receipe calls for several.EO do you take each calculation EO and add it or do you take the total EO split it up between EO

You will need to calculate the safe amount of each. It is best if you research each individual oil that you want to use, then you can calculate the total.
