it's very very hard to hold an emulsion with beeswax alone. it's not a true emulsifier. I forget what ppl use along with it to make it more stable, but you'd never get a "lotion" out of just using beeswax/oils/water.

What you need is Emulsifying wax, or ewax for short. It's even WAY cheaper than beeswax and that's what the majority of us use to hold our lotions and creams together. Some ppl also use Polowax, one of the name brands of ewaxes. Regular Ewax NF works beautifully though.

If you are going to use beeswax, you will also need borax for an emulsion. This doesn't work for me, but other members have had success with it.
