Teach Soap

I hate brown soap. There are so many fragrances that sound yummy but go dark brown. I have even been avoiding fragrances that discolor to a tan. Will titanium dioxide keep the tan ones from going tan? Can you cover up the tan color with other colors? Do those who sell soap find some customers won't buy the brown soap? Not that I want to sell my soap. Am I the only one who doesn't like to use discoloring fragrances?

I have a few that I know will turn brown, but I prefer a lighter color soap as I use colors. Titanium dioxide will lighten it, but depending on the amount of vanilla or the ingredient that discolors it, the soap still will be a tan; maybe a lighter tan. Tan color in soap will interfere with other colors that you can use. There is a product called Vanilla stabilizer that will help with discoloring for a time, but in the end it will still discolor.

A couple of my favorites go dark chocolate brown even with TD! Pink sugar, dragon's blood, and french vanilla. All are over 10% vanillin.
