So I spent the day trying to make meringues using the SQ recipe of 4oz MP with 2oz liquid Castile. But no matter how I tried I just couldn't get them to pipe out right! Either to runny, or by the time I got it in the bag I couldn't squeeze it out. Frosting went better, but darn it set up fast! I don't know if it is the fact it is only 60 degrees in the area I work or what. Anyone else have this problem?

I use m&p, liquid soap and foaming soap. It works amazingly, it is easy to pipe, it will set up rather quickly but I always manage to get at least 6 cupcakes or more before it gets too hard to pipe. But then I re melt it and whip it and use it again.
