Can anyone explain to me the difference between the liquid and the gel? I have a recipe for a lotion and I am not sure if the liquid will work or if I need gel. Thanks!!!!

Commercial gel has polymers in it, which can wreak havoc with lotion emulsifiers. The liquid should be just the aloe juice with a small % of a preservative.
