I was wondering if anyone else experiences this I recently started using Dr. Bronners liquid castile soap and my skin is severely dried out.

I was doing some research and came across :

I was wondering if I will have the same reaction using this product.

Has anyone tried this soap yet? What are your results.

You probably will since they are both coconut oil. Try to find something with olive oil as the main ingredient. True Castile soap is 100% olive oil.

I would try the Castile liquid soap paste from Brambleberry to save on shipping, then add your own water. http://www.brambleberry.com/Castile-Liq ... P4846.aspx

I agree with SoapBuddy. I always found Dr. Bronner's to be very drying, but a castile, or a "bastile," with majority olive oil, is a different matter. I make my own liquid soap now, with extra glycerin and just enough coconut oil for bubbles, and that is much nicer.
