I made a batch of goat milk soap, it traced fast and I hardly had time to get colors and fragrance mixed and poured. It turned out good, except for the black spots that formed. They do not zap, they are hard like the rest of the soap, any ideas what caused this?

It looks like maybe the milk burned in those spots. I don't make milk soaps so I really don't know. Sorry.
