How do you make soaps with different colors (like the ones pictured on the BB website for the "Button Flower Flexible mold" or the "Guest Mini Lady Bug" for example). And how do you get the colors so vivid in soap that is not transparent? Thanks for your help and expertise!

Anne-Marie has some tutorials on how to do ones with multiple colors. Really all your doing is filling the details of the mold first, letting that harden and then filling the rest of the mold.

Here's some of her tutorials:

To get the a very vivid color in MP, it's so much easier to use transparent soap and get it a little bit darker than the color you're going for and then add just a tiny bit of melted opaque MP soap to make it not transparent anymore.

Some soap colours leek onto other areas of the design, so do check that the products you use are appropriate to get the result that you want. It's known as "bleeding", so you would want "non-bleed" pigments.
