Is anyone having problems with their supply orders? My current order looks to be 3 weeks out now!

Two orders ago my order was lost in the warehouse and had to be redone so delay there.

My current order (although not in a panic about it I'm done with holiday soap making whew!) will take in excess of 18 days to be received. If I take out 4 days for the holiday time off Thursday thru Sunday it will still be two weeks for one order?

I think that some of the quality control issues aren't being seen and addressed but I hope I'm wrong.

edited to add: I was in the process of ordering more products for my spring line and it dawned on me that I haven't received my last order. Perhaps I might want to see if I could find the supplies else where. I love BB when it is working. Of course I find this out on Friday and there is no one to call and ask about my order.

There was a post on BB's site not too long ago about them being backed up. Getting a lot more orders than they had anticipated! Great for them, but not for us when we're in a rush I guess. Just hoping to get my order before Christmas hehe

Turn around times tend to get a bit longer around the holidays every year. There should be a note on the homepage that gets updated so you can see how far back they are. I will send in an email right now to give them a heads up, they won't see it until Monday though. =)
