I have Anne Marie's new book Soap Crafting (love it by the way). I really want to make Pumpkin in the Pot Swirls soap on page 122 but in a smaller 2 lb batch . How do I figure it to a smaller batch size???

Brambleberry has a lye calculator http://www.brambleberry.com/Pages/Lye-Calculator.aspx
Just enter the recipe as it is in the book. Then push calculate. After it calculates it, there will be spot on there that says:

Current Batch (total oil weight): 32.00oz
Resize Batch

You just enter the oil weight you want & hit the "Resize" button

I have made the the pumpkin soap from Anne Maries book, and it turned out great,
I used the Arabian spice,, since I didn't have the pumpkin spice, it is still curing -- but looks and smells great!
you are going to like it.
